Ten! more pages to go in the poetry book. grrr. I have trouble with poetry. But Chinese poetry is very clever and I like it.

Written Chinese has changed very little and people can read ancient texts with very little difficulty.


The dew drops on the drooping willows: pearls strung with green silk threads;
The stars reflected in the pond: scattered crystal balls on a jade plate;
